Responsibilities:
Based in a home office, ideally in the Loiret (45) department or neighboring departments, and reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will work closely with our market managers and application engineers, both in France and at the Group level.
You will develop your region (departments 75 / 78 / 91 / 92 / 93 / 94 / 28 / 45 / 41 / 36 / 37 / 18 / 23 / 58 / 89) by building customer loyalty with machine manufacturers (OEMs) or end-users, engaging with distributor partners, and expanding your portfolio through acquiring new accounts.
Your technical and commercial approach should be based on expertise (after internal training), advising, offering innovative solutions with high added value, and ensuring the quality of products and services. You will be committed to advancing your geographical region.
Qualifications:
Ideally holding dual technical and commercial qualifications, with more than 5 years of experience in marketing mechanical products and solutions (bearings, reducers, transmissions, pumps, geared motors, etc.) or chemical products (lubricants, adhesives, plastics, paints, gases, etc.) for a manufacturer or specialized distributor.
You are solution-oriented, enjoy building long-term quality relationships, and can balance a results-driven mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit. Your English should be operational for communication with the Group. German is a plus. You should be available for fieldwork involving 2 to 3 overnight stays per week.
