About the Role

As a Sales Engineer, you will maintain the existing customers and develop sales through the search for new customers.

Your focus will be mainly the south of France and markets abroad (Maghreb in particular).

Main responsibilities include :

  • Developping a growth strategy focused on customer satisfaction
  • Conducting research to identify new markets and potential customers’ needs
  • Methodic research of new prospective clients
  • Arranging business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promoting the company’s products / services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Preparing sales proposals and sales contracts ensuring adherence to rules and guidelines
  • Keeping records of sales, revenue, payments etc.
  • Collecting and document competitive intelligence
  • Providing feedback and after-sales support
  • Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

This position is fully-remote based.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • At least 5 years of proven working experience in a technical / sales role
  • Proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions with the adoption of up-selling and cross-selling approaches will be considered as a prior requirement
  • Communication and negotiation skills; ability to build solid business relationships
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
  • Willing to travel on a frequent basis in southern France and according to the project needs abroad
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software ().
