Industrilas is a Swedish company specialising in the production of locks, handles, hinges, and other access control systems. Industrilas markets its products globally, serving major clients in transportation and industrial equipment.

Job Title:

Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will serve as the primary contact for existing clients while

driving business growth by acquiring new clients and exploring new sectors.

Comprehensive onboarding, including training and mentoring, will be provided to familiarise

you with the company’s products and systems.

Your Profile:

  • You possess strong technical skills, and have initial professional sales experience, preferably in the industrial sector.
  • You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • You have an enthusiastic personality and are passionate about customer satisfaction with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent or proficient English is required.
  • A valid driver’s license (Category B) is required.

Work Location:

The role involves significant travel across western France, with remote work

flexibility. You should be based in western France.

Contract Type:

Initial fixed-term contract (CDD) with the potential for a permanent contract (CDI)

after six months.

Weekly Working Hours:

Full-time with flexible hours.

Salary:

Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications, plus

performance-based bonuses. Includes a company car, mobile phone, and laptop.
