Job Description

As a Go-To-Market Specialist, you’ll join Sociabble’s Product Marketing (PMM) team, led by Victor, and work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.

Sociabble has grown into a platform covering many Employee Communication scenarios: advocacy, internal comms, recognition, intranet, surveys, video, newsletters, and AI search. Most clients use only part of what we offer; our job is to extend their usage and drive upsells.

We manage 15+ “Go-To-Market” (GTM) initiatives: high-value feature bundles like Sociabble Rewards, Enterprise Video & Audio, and Ask AI. GTM Specialists focus on selling and scaling these features: finding opportunities, pitching, training, and pushing deals forward.

Your Mission

You’ll own and grow specific GTMs with high potential, supported by Product Marketing Specialists and in partnership with Sales and Customer Success.

Think of it as running your own business unit:

  • The product, offer positioning, pitch, and pricing are ready.

  • Your job is to scale adoption, outreach, demos, negotiations, and feedback to improve offers.

You’ll have PM Specialists for materials, Sales/CS for relationships, and Marketing for campaigns, plus Product support for refining features.

What You’ll Do

You’ll own GTMs like Sociabble Rewards, spotting upsell opportunities, training Sales/CS to pitch them, joining demos, and organizing campaigns to scale adoption. Dashboards help you track recurring revenue, bookings, and client usage.

Daily activities:

  • Train, coach and follow-up with Sales/Customer Success to scale GTM sales.

  • Identify upsell opportunities and reach decision-makers.

  • Join client calls to pitch and demo features.

  • Follow up on negotiations and push deals forward.

  • Refine materials and positioning with PM Specialists based on field feedback.

  • Organize webinars, ABM campaigns, and PLG pop-ups to create opportunities.

  • Track performance (bookings, revenue, adoption) and adjust.

Qualifications

The ideal Candidate

  • You have over 2+ years of experienceinSales related roles (SDR, AE, Product Marketing, Customer Success) in SaaS.

  • You’re sales-oriented and have a passion for storytelling, you enjoy coaching and mentoring. You excel at sales enablement, pitching product value, hosting demos, and gathering actionable insights from audience feedback.

  • Your keen marketing eye and meticulous attention to detail allow you to provide precise, effective feedback on everything from visuals to blog posts, sales decks, landing pages, and more.

  • You’re highly organized and proactive, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality.

  • Your excellent interpersonal skills enable you to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, driving impact both internally and externally.

  • You thrive in an autonomous role, taking charge of communication plans, training initiatives, and revenue generation for specific product features with enthusiasm.

  • You’re adept at leveraging modern AI tools like ChatGPT to refine, craft, and generate innovative ideas.

  • Proficiency in English (minimum C1) and French (C1) is essential, ensuring smooth coordination and communication in our international setting.
