Description du poste

Hi there! Thanks for stopping by

Are you actively looking for a new opportunity? Or just checking the market? Well… you might just be in the right place!

We're seeking a SalesEnablement Manager to help elevate sales effectiveness across our North American Retail GTM organization. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales strategy, coaching, and data-driven decision-making.

As a key member of the Enablement team, you will be responsible for improving rep productivity, supporting sales manager development, and driving the adoption of scalable sales practices. You’ll partner closely with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, and the People & Culture team to diagnose performance gaps, deliver targeted enablement solutions, and own the performance improvement framework end-to-end.

This is an ideal role for someone with a background in sales enablement, sales operations, or direct sales — who loves turning insight into action, cares deeply about helping reps succeed, and wants to make a tangible impact on revenue outcomes.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Sales Enablement Strategy:Develop and execute enablement programs that support quota-carrying sales reps and their managers, with a focus on sustained performance improvement and behavior change.
  • Manager Coaching & Support:Provide tools, frameworks, and hands-on support to help sales managers coach effectively, manage performance proactively, and scale high-impact habits across their teams.
  • Performance Insight & Analysis:Visualize data insights and present them back to Sales Leadership to inform sales performance decisions. You’ll act as a key bridge between raw data and coaching action.
  • Salesforce & Spreadsheet Acumen:Build, maintain, and leverage Salesforce dashboards and spreadsheets to track rep performance, adoption metrics, and enablement effectiveness.
  • Performance Improvement Framework:Own and evolve the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) process — ensuring it’s fair, actionable, and aligned to Lightspeed’s values and business goals.
  • Training & Behavior Adoption:Support the rollout and reinforcement of sales training and best practices, working closely with reps and managers to drive adoption.
  • Content & Resource Development:Maintain and evolve sales enablement materials such as coaching guides, playbooks, talk tracks, one-pagers, and internal comms.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with Sales Leadership, Sales Reps, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing and People & Culture to align initiatives and support the success of every seller.
  • Feedback Culture:Champion a culture of feedback and continuous improvement by gathering rep and manager input and turning it into actionable insights.

What you need to bring:

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales enablement, sales operations, and/or quota-carrying sales roles
  • Strong understanding of the GTM environment, particularly within high-growth tech or SaaS
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and performance dashboarding tools
  • Ability to interpret data, tell a story, and translate insights into action
  • Proven success supporting front-line managers and influencing performance improvement
  • A bias for action, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with ease
  • Passion for helping others grow and a deep belief in enabling people to do their best work
