Veesion is experiencing rapid growth following its successful Series B funding round. This expansion phase requires strengthening our technical foundation and scaling our development capabilities to meet increasing market demands.

We're doubling our sales team across EMEA, the US, and Brazil. To support this growth, we’re hiring our first Sales Enablement Specialist.

Your goal? Make every sales representative more effective.

As a crucial component of the Revenue Operations team, you will establish the framework for an exceptional enablement function. This role ensures coherence in our market strategy implementation and enhances sales performance.

Missions

  1. You will collaborate closely with Sales VPs, Product Managers, and RevOps to craft an exceptional onboarding experience—addressing sales techniques, product expertise, and tool proficiency.
  2. You’ll be responsible for developing and managing our learning system to help each sales representative excel.
  3. You will design effective, practical training materials and establish a central enablement resource that expands across teams and locations.
  4. Your goal will be to conduct impactful training sessions alongside Sales Managers, ranging from initial onboarding to advanced skill development.
  5. You’ll transform performance challenges into growth opportunities by working directly with Sales leadership to enhance team capabilities.
  6. You will take charge of identifying successful strategies, implementing them quickly, and distributing proven methods throughout the organization to establish excellence as Veesion's benchmark.

You’re a Great Match If

  1. You have a minimum of 4+ years in Sales Enablement within a B2B SaaS scale-up.
  2. You design innovative solutions from scratch, test them quickly, and refine them consistently.
  3. You think like a seller: pragmatic, results-oriented, and committed to creating impact.
  4. You collaborate genuinely with teams across content creation, analysis, and coaching with various stakeholders.
  5. You have an analytical mindset, communicate effectively about data, and draw strategic conclusions. You transform numbers into valuable business insights.
  6. You speak English fluently; knowledge of French offers additional value.
  7. You live in Paris or Lisbon.
