BYOMA in Paris is seeking a Sales & Education Manager (EU) to lead training and drive sales across Europe. The role blends field education with strategic sales support, reporting to Head of Sales, Sephora, and collaborating with UK HQ.

Hybrid schedule: 4 days in the office, 1 day remote. Salary €60,000–€70,000 with a yearly bonus, based in Paris and able to travel within the territory as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and/or education in beauty.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Experience delivering training in-person and digitally.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and drive performance.
• Commercially savvy with a strong sales mindset.
• Collaborative and able to work cross-functionally.
• Fluent French; based in Paris with travel flexibility.

Responsabilités

• Partner with UK HQ commercial team to achieve sales targets and grow the French market.
• Drive sell-in and sell-out through retailer support and activations.
• Monitor sales data, analyze trends, and propose optimization initiatives.
• Build and nurture store relationships and brand ambassadors.
• Collaborate with brand manager to align sales initiatives with campaigns.
• Deliver and evaluate training programs for retail staff.
• Ensure consistent delivery of brand values and selling techniques.
• Act as a brand ambassador across training touchpoints.
• Assess training effectiveness and adapt strategies.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations and commercial teams for executions.
• Provide field feedback to support product development and campaigns.
• Support new launches with sales and education initiatives.

Role Overview

The Sales & Education team is pivotal in supporting the sales function, driving business growth, and ensuring excellence in training and education across our European markets. As a Sales & Education Manager you will work closely with internal teams, retail partners, and external stakeholders to maximize sales performance while delivering impactful training that inspires, educates, and elevates brand knowledge and expertise.

€60,000 - €70,000 + annual performance-related bonus

Role Responsibilities

• Partner with the UK HQ commercial team to achieve sales targets and ensure sustainable business growth in the French market.
• Drive sell-in and sell-out performance by supporting retailers with effective sales strategies and activations.
• Monitor sales data, analyse performance trends, and recommend initiatives to optimize results.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with store management.
• Collaborate with brand manager in market to align sales initiatives with brand campaigns and launches.
• Deliver and evaluate comprehensive training programs for retail staff.
• Ensure consistent delivery of brand values, product knowledge, service excellence, and selling techniques.
• Act as a brand ambassador, inspiring confidence and passion for the brand across all training touchpoints.
• Regularly assess training effectiveness and adapt strategies to meet evolving business needs.
• Partner with marketing, operations, and commercial teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
• Provide feedback from the field to support product development, campaign planning, and go-to-market strategies.
• Support new launches through impactful sales and education initiatives.

Role Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales and/or education role, within beauty.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience delivering training programs both in-person and digitally.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse data, identify opportunities, and drive performance.
