We design and manufacture high-quality lighting solutions for commercial and residential applications. Our company is rapidly expanding, and we are looking for a talented Sales Director to help us grow our business in the French market.

Position Overview :

As our Sales Director for the French market, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in this important market. You will work closely with our GM and other departments to develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with our overall business goals. You will hire and manage a team of sales agent professionals and work with our marketing team to develop effective campaigns and programs to generate leads and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the French market
  2. Build and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners in the region
  4. Work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute effective campaigns and programs to generate leads and drive sales
  5. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
  6. Collaborate with other departments, including product development, supply chain, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  7. Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the executive team

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
  • Experience managing a sales team and working with marketing professionals
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Fluent in French and English
  • 5+ years of experience in the lighting industry
