dsm-firmenich in Paris is seeking a Sales Director for Fine Fragrance Experience to drive growth of the Niche segment across France and Western Europe. Lead strategy, develop premium propositions, and manage top clients to secure the company as a preferred partner.

You will direct cross-functional teams, oversee the product lifecycle, and ensure exceptional service levels and supply chain efficiency while mentoring two Account Managers.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing or related field.
• 7–10 years of successful fragrance/ingredient sales experience.
• Very good understanding of the Fine Fragrance market & business codes.
• Good knowledge of the creation process (evaluation, perfumers…).
• Strong drive for results and strategic thinking.
• Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to deal with ambiguity.
• Fluent in English and French mandatory.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create holistic value propositions, manage the product lifecycle, and ensure high levels of service and supply chain efficiency.
• Manage and coach 2 Account Managers

You bring

• Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 7 to 10 years of successful fragrance/ingredient sales experience
• Very good understanding of the Fine Fragrance market & business codes
• Good knowledges of creation process (evaluation, perfumers…)
• Strong drive for results and strategic thinking.
