We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Director to manage our sales operations in Europe, focusing on government and law enforcement sectors. The role involves managing a territory, closing deals with new end-users, developing channels, and leading complex sales processes.

Responsibilities:
  1. Close deals and onboard end-users in your region for our solutions.
  2. Generate new revenues and build the sales pipeline.
  3. Develop sales processes and formalize value propositions based on customer needs.
  4. Manage partner and agent networks.
  5. Negotiate and close new business and partner contracts.
  6. Lead lead generation, conversion, and deal execution.
  7. Pursue sales goals and meet targets.
  8. Develop strategic plans to expand our client base.
  9. Build and maintain regional channel ecosystems and high-level networks.
  10. Assess and develop long-term business relationships.
  11. Identify and close new business opportunities.
  12. Coordinate efforts with team members and other departments.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience with software solutions or licenses to government clients.
  • Proven track record in managing large sales accounts/deals.
  • Experience selling through channels and agents.
  • Experience in the intelligence domain is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
