Description du poste

This position will reside in France.

Sales Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue targets and company growth objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Set sales targets and performance goals for the sales team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Develop value-added processing business to maximize profit potential with existing and new accounts.
Team Leadership & Management:
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise a high-performing sales team.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a positive, results-oriented work environment that encourages continuous improvement and motivation.
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures.
Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate high-value contracts and close strategic deals to drive revenue growth.
  • Act as a key point of contact for major clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Financial & Operational Oversight:
  • Prepare and manage the sales department's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Monitor sales metrics, prepare detailed sales reports, and present findings to senior management.
  • Implement effective sales processes, tools, and technologies to improve team efficiency and productivity.
  • Responsible for special projects as assigned.
Collaboration & Communication:
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales initiatives with broader company goals.
  • Ensure consistent messaging, branding, and communication strategies across all sales channels.
