Overview

We are hiring a Sales Director to lead regional sales strategy and drive revenue growth in the quantum and AI software space. This is a senior leadership role for an experienced sales professional ready to scale teams and close enterprise deals across Europe.

What you’ll do
  • Define and execute regional sales strategy aligned with global objectives
  • Lead revenue growth and personally manage strategic opportunities
  • Build and mentor a high-performing sales team
  • Develop C-level relationships and represent the company at industry events
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Technical teams to deliver client success
What we’re looking for
  • Proven track record of successfully leading regional sales, ideally across multiple European countries, with experience in scaling from hands-on selling to managing teams.
  • 12–15 years in technology/engineering sales or business development
  • Proven ability to close complex six- and seven-figure enterprise deals
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field required; MBA or
  • Fluent English; additional European languages strongly preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
