- Proactively prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads via calls, emails, and social media
- Engage in meaningful conversations with social media and marketing decision-makers to understand their challenges and needs
- Secure qualified meetings (SQOs) by uncovering pain points and business opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to research accounts, define outreach strategies, and craft targeted messaging
- Maintain a high level of activity and consistently exceed targets for outreach volume, pipeline generation, and opportunity qualification
- Accurately track your activity in the CRM and provide regular reporting
- Stay up to date on market trends and continuously deepen your product knowledge
What We’re Looking For :
- Native-level fluency in German and a good level of English (minimum B2), as internal communication is conducted entirely in English
- 2 to 3 years of experience in outbound prospecting within a B2B sales environment
- A true hunter mindset : proactive, goal-driven, and motivated by results
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Solid understanding of sales techniques and prospecting strategies
- Organized, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities with discipline
- Perseverant and resilient, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- A team player with a collaborative spirit, but also capable of working independently
