Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en vente SaaS, idéalement dans le secteur MarTech.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.

JustRelate is a software vendor based in France, Germany, and Poland specializing in digital solutions for 650 customers - all B2B, such as large enterprises and the public sector. 200 teammates develop and sell various SaaS offerings to create comprehensive customer engagement platforms, including CRM, DXP, Marketing Automation, and Email Builder software.

Mission

Reporting to our Lead New Business, the Sales Development Representative (SDR) will help to develop the company's activities and contribute to its growth by helping to increase its sales. She or he will be part of the sales team. In your role, you will be responsible for the commercial success of our SaaS solution Dartagnan (E-Mail Builder).

Main tasks

  • The Sales Development Representative's work focuses mainly on creating, qualifying and prospecting by telephone, email and via professional social networks.
  • The main objective of the SDR is to move leads through the sales pipeline (from Marketing Qualified Lead to Sales Qualified Lead status). In particular, the SDR is responsible for processing inbound leads (provided by the Marketing team) and outbound leads (on the basis of a list drawn up by the SDR itself or assigned to him / her).
  • The prospect qualification process is essentially based on the BANT methodology (Budget, Authority, Need and Timeframe).

Responsibilities

  • Build up and maintain lists of prospects in defined cycles.
  • Contact these prospects through different channels (telephone, e-mail, social networks, etc.).
  • Contacting prospects supplied by marketing, by telephone or e-mail.
  • Qualify the prospects contacted during a qualification call in order to move them from MQL to SQL (or demote them).
  • Generate qualified appointments for the sales teams.
  • Actively participate in account reviews with the sales teams.
  • Actively share your observations, difficulties and / or successes with the teams (competitors, partners, advertisers, ....).
  • Contacting clients and prospects to ensure they attend events organised by JustRelate, or in which JustRelate is involved.
  • Take part in events and trade fairs organised by or with JustRelate.
  • Participating in regular training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an SDR / BDR or in a similar role in SaaS sales, ideally in the MarTech environment.
  • Fluency in French and English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • A strong interest in digital marketing, customer relations and business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong collaboration with the team.
