About the role:

We are seeking a driven and talented team player to join our sales team for the Spanish market. The ideal candidate would bring positive energy to the team, be curious, and motivated to learn. Customer-facing experience is key—this position is an excellent starting point to skyrocket your sales career. This role enables high-energy, motivated team players to develop consultative sales skills and grow professionally. You will work closely with Account Executives (AEs) of the IBERIA / LATAM Market. You will engage inbound prospects via chat and over the phone, to qualify them before passing them to an AE. This role is crucial in gathering pre-sales prospect information and collaborating with Sales teams across the Southern Region.

A little more about you:

  • Fluent in Spanish & English—mandatory (you'll be emailing, calling, meeting with native prospects)
  • Market knowledge—mandatory (can be acquired through living there, visiting, or cultural affinity)
  • Strong communication skills: active listening, empathy, problem-solving attitude
  • Time management and organization skills: ability to handle a large number of accounts
  • Willingness to learn constantly and entrepreneurial spirit to open the Northern market
  • Enthusiastic and positive! This might be the most important point, even if it's last
