Role Summary

As our Sales Development Representative (Deel IT), you’ll play a crucial role as a subject matter expert, breaking into new or existing accounts and fostering relationships with multiple contacts across all levels of our target customer segments. You understand the impact you’ll create on the bottom line and play a vital role in the company. Your daily responsibilities include collaborating with the sales team, conducting market research to identify new potential customers and leads, and qualifying these leads by understanding their onboarding approach.

What you'll do
  1. Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including email, phone, and social media outreach.
  2. Identify and qualify prospective clients by understanding their needs and challenges.
  3. Schedule product demonstrations for qualified prospects with Account Executives.
  4. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.
  5. Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
  7. Participate in regular sales training and professional development opportunities.
Who you are
  1. Native or fully proficient in French & English.
  2. Previous experience supporting the French market and other European markets.
  3. Proven track record as an outbound SDR across multiple verticals and sectors.
  4. Entrepreneurial spirit and a strong growth mindset.
  5. Excellent written communication skills, capable of crafting compelling email campaigns.
  6. Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Active relationship builder, able to collaborate internally and externally to improve processes and workflows.
  8. Preferred: Experience in HRIS, HRTech, or IT companies; experience in a fast-growing startup; experience working remotely in a distributed team.
