About the job

The Customer Intelligence team is hiring a Prospect Development Specialist (Business Development Representative) to generate sales pipeline growth through strategic prospecting, relationship building, and innovative client engagement.

You will engage in strategic sales and marketing activities involving prospective and current customers, focusing on prospect pipeline development and customer experience management to support new business acquisition.

As a Prospect Development Specialist, you will:
  • Arrange and conduct discovery meetings to qualify potential sales opportunities and measurable pipeline growth.
  • Create compelling and tailored messaging, email marketing, and outreach strategies to attract new and existing clients.
  • Execute prospecting campaigns across various channels such as email, phone, social media, webinars, and virtual events.
  • Generate, maintain, and optimize leads, opportunities, and client interactions within our CRM system to ensure a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Identify and target potential clients and partners through market research, social media, and licensed tools.
  • Organize and staff networking events (in-person and virtual) to cultivate strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our software products and effectively communicate their value propositions through engaging presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to create innovative lead generation and deal-closing strategies.
Required Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing or sales
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a quantitative field
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships and a willingness to connect with others to establish a strong professional network
  • A team player with a collaborative spirit who enjoys sharing knowledge and supporting market growth
  • A proactive go-getter who takes initiative, makes informed decisions, manages productivity, and devises creative solutions to challenges
  • Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered
  • Right to work in France
  • Fluency in French and English; proficiency in an additional EU language such as Spanish is a plus
