Qualifications

  • Expérience en vente B2B, idéalement dans le secteur SaaS (stage/apprentissage accepté).
  • Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite en français et en anglais.

  • Qualifier et contacter les leads entrants générés par le marketing.
  • Prospecter des comptes cibles par téléphone, email et LinkedIn.

Your Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be at the heart of Kili's growth.

Your goal? To identify new potential customers, initiate first contacts, and generate commercial opportunities for the Account Executives team.

You will work hand in hand with marketing and sales in a demanding, stimulating, and supportive environment.

Your Missions

  1. Qualify and contact inbound leads generated by marketing.
  2. Prospect target accounts outbound (cold calling, emails, LinkedIn…).
  3. Identify the right contacts (C-level, tech & data teams).
  4. Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  5. Maintain our CRM rigorously up to date.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation campaigns.
  7. Actively participate in optimizing the SDR playbook.

Desired Profile

  1. First experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS (internship/apprenticeship accepted).
  2. Excellent oral and written communication in French and English.
  3. Taste for tech, AI, and sales.
  4. Comfortable with prospecting (email, phone, social selling…).
  5. Curious, rigorous, and results-oriented mind.
  6. Ready to learn quickly in a fast-moving startup environment.
  7. Team spirit and desire to learn quickly.
  8. A plus: experience with tools like Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, Lemlist, or other prospecting/reach-out tools.

Recruitment Process

  1. Discovery interview (30 min).
  2. Practical case to prepare (1h).
  3. Interview with the Sales team.
  4. Final interview with the VP Sales or a co-founder.
