Qualifications

Description du poste

As we expand our footprint in the Business Information market, we are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to help us increase our sales pipeline and support our growth in the French Market.

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Quickly respond to and qualify marketing-generated inbound leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  2. Understand and analyze potential clients' needs, aligning them with our solutions.
  3. Schedule meetings and demos with qualified leads for the sales team.
  4. Proactively identify and engage potential customers through targeted outbound efforts, including calls, emails, and social media.
  5. Research and map out key decision-makers within target accounts to establish active communication and engagement with new prospects.
  6. Clearly communicate our value proposition to generate interest and set up meetings for the sales team.
Pipeline Management and Reporting :
  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in the CRM system.
  2. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
  3. Provide feedback and insights on lead quality, market trends, and prospecting strategies.
Qualifications :
  1. 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales development or business development, focusing on upper midmarket or enterprise clients. SaaS experience is a plus.
  2. Strong commitment to relationship building.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
  4. Ability to understand customer needs and align them with our solutions.
  5. Highly motivated and tenacious, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  6. Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) and sales enablement or prospecting applications (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  7. The position is based in France, focusing exclusively on the French market. Proficiency in English is required for internal communication.
