Description du poste

  • Coordinating and managing various administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations.
  • Assisting with customer communication and relationship management, including responding to inquiries, following up on requests, and providing excellent and timely information regarding services and rates.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services
  • Prepare reports for Sales team and management.
  • Providing administrative support for the sales team in lead generation and follow-up activities.
  • Analyze and monitor the Company’s overall customer and sales structure for customer portfolio and sales management. Leading customer evaluation and implementing customer programs and initiatives.
  • Ensure effective implementation on all sales initiatives, applications, and systems to achieve company’s objectives.
Requirements
  • DSE or above / Degree holder
  • Previous experience in a similar business support or customer service, preferably within the freight forwarding or Shipping carrier or logistics industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues at all levels
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese, with Mandarin language skills being an advantage
