Magrey & Sons Saint-Tropez agency is seeking an experienced Consultant to oversee the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, identify and prospect exceptional properties, and manage both sellers and buyers. You will work on luxury listings valued from €1M to €5M within Grimaud, Sainte-Maxime, Les Issambres, Cogolin and surrounding towns, ensuring premium service and discretion.

In this role you will negotiate high-value transactions, advise French and international clients on bespoke acquisition or sales

Qualifications

• Solid experience in real estate transactions, ideally within the luxury sector.
• Excellent knowledge of the local market and its environment.
• Serious, detail-oriented, motivated, and a strong team player.
• Excellent presentation skills and a high sense of customer service.
• Passion for luxury real estate.

Responsabilités

Our Magrey & Sons Saint-Tropez agency is looking to strengthen its team with an experienced Consultant to oversee the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.

As a Consultant, you will be responsible for prospecting, managing sellers and buyers, and negotiating exceptional properties. You will play a key role in advising and supporting both French and international clients in their search for a bespoke buying or selling experience.
