You will identify exceptional properties along the French Riviera, support sales, organize targeted visits, and maintain strong relationships with a network of international partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate transactions, preferably luxury properties.
• Strong knowledge of the French Riviera market and international environment.
• Proficient in English; other languages are a plus.
• Responsive, meticulous, with excellent service mindset.
• Passionate about prestigious real estate and exceptional client service.

Magrey & Sons Cannes, a key player in the luxury real estate sector, is looking to strengthen its team by recruiting an experienced Consultant.

As a Consultant, you will be in charge of prospecting, portfolio management and negotiation of exceptional properties.

You will play a key role in advising and supporting international clients looking for a tailor‑made buying or selling experience.

• Identify and prospect exceptional properties in Cannes and the surrounding area
• Evaluate and support the sale of high‑end residential properties
• Organize and conduct targeted visits for our clients
• Negotiate transactions while safeguarding the interests of the parties
• Maintain a special relationship with our network of international clients and partners

Required :

• You have solid experience in real estate transactions, ideally in the luxury sector
• You have a thorough knowledge of the French Riviera market and its international environment
• You are proficient in English; a second language would be a plus
• You are responsive, meticulous and have an excellent sense of service
• You are passionate about prestigious real estate and are committed to providing exceptional service
