Senior Channel Partner & Account Manager, France - Healthcare
Basic Functions:
The Senior Channel Partner Manager/ Account Manager –France will be responsible for building a network of selling our market-leading solutions to institutions across the country - including hospitals, medical schools, and/or other identified market segments. Besides working and managing the Channel Partner
Assists management in devising sales plans and strategies and channel partner business plans. Operates under minimal supervision, with wide latitude for independent judgment

As the Senior Channel Partner & Account Manager –France for Clinical Effectiveness, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the sales activities & sales pipeline to ensure desired business results and the commercial success of the channel partner program in the assigned region.You will be reporting to the Country Manager- European Channel.

As the Senior Channel Partner & Account Manager – France for Clinical Effectiveness, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the sales activities & sales pipeline to ensure desired business results and the commercial success of the channel partner program in the assigned region.
Reporting to: Country Manager - European Channel
Responsibilities:
·Presenting the value of the Clinical Effectiveness Product suite offering to a diverse audience, to expand and retain our existing customer base and grow revenues year on year.
·Manage the entire channel program in France to ensure consistency and compliance while adding and improving processes and methods in how channel partners are identified, on-boarded, certified, and managed, as needed or appropriate.
·Establish short and long-term revenue goals for the channel partners, and provide the relevant support to achieve those goals.
·Manage and review channel partner opportunities, pipeline, and forecasting in your assigned region.
·Work in close coordination with International Sales, Finance, Marketing, Training, Sales Operations and the channel partner community for all channel partner program-related activities in your assigned region.
·Continually, and proactively develop and maintain excellent business relationships with potential, and existing channel partners.
·Identify channel partners’ challenges/problems and suggest & initialize the proper processes to address these challenges.
·Coordinate with the training team to ensure effective training, and certification, of our channel partners’ dedicated sales force and support ongoing training programs.
·Assist with demand generation activities by developing strategies and executing campaigns in tandem with, and in addition to international sales and marketing objectives.
·Continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Channel Partner program
·Attending local conferences (and at times international events), to promote and demonstrate the clinical effectiveness solutions to potential customers - institutional or individuals. This occasionally requires weekend travel and time away from home.
·Setting up, and providing, training sessions for customers - including ‘C’ Suite, Clinicians and end user.
Job qualifications:
·Looking for a sales professional who is ready to take the second or third step in their sales career.
·Strong track record proven sales experience – ideally gained from selling complex healthcare solutions/services into the hospital/healthcare market (such as Healthcare solutions/ Medical software or similar)
· Track record within Healthcare Sales is compulsory
·Comfortable establishing contact and selling to all levels in the organization including physicians, medical librarians and, most importantly, top management.
·Able to think outside the box and confident in expressing ideas.
·Excellent communication, presentation, training, and interpersonal skills
·Able to build rapport with people easily, at any level, and develop long term relationships.
·Well organized, with a strong attention to detail is a must.
·Able to work from a home office environment.
·A team player, able to work autonomously as and when required.
·Confident presenting to a diverse audience
·Understanding of the international environment and international-specific business challenges.
·Native French and fluency in English is a must, any other language is a bonus.
Key requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
A minimum of 7+ years working in Field Sales or Account Management or Channel Partner Management or other equivalent experience. 10 to 15 years of work experience preferred.
Deep understanding of business, financials, products/services and the healthcare market
Recognized as an expert in one or more areas with an external reputation in the industry
Excellent IT skills – including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong knowledge of, and understanding, of a CRM system e.g. Salesforce.com - or similar.)
Location: France, flex-office or remote-work
Travel requirements: Willing and able to travel to client sites/congresses and some international company meetings 30-40% (may vary by quarter) as well as international company meetings (1-2 annually)
