About the apprenticeship
We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivatedapprentice to join our Retail & Strategic Verticals team for 12-month. This role is ideal for a student eager to gain real-world experience in business development, strategic sales, and account management, by supporting both our Business Development Specialists (BDS) and Key Account Managers (KAM) across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and commercial documentation
Conduct market intelligence and competitor benchmarking to support strategic initiatives
Help manage CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce): update data, track pipelines, and maintain account information
Assist in coordinating meetings, follow-ups, and action items with internal stakeholders and clients
Collaborate on the development of sales enablement tools and product materials
Contribute to onboarding processes for new clients or partners
Monitor and report on KPIs, pipeline progress, and strategic project milestones
Participate in cross-functional projects involving product, marketing, and operations
Enrolled in a Master's or final year of Bachelor's program in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
Analytical and detail-oriented with strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and general reporting
Fluent in English; proficiency in French or another European language is a strong plus
A strong interest in B2B sales, digital technologies, or the payment industry
Proactive mindset with excellent organizational and communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
