The role involves working with an international client portfolio to help them maximize value through modern legal tech platforms and supporting the development of an active client community.

As a Business Development Representative, you will be a vital part of the sales team, focusing on generating qualified leads to facilitate sales growth.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting outbound prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to identify potential clients.
  • Researching target companies and decision-makers to craft strategic outreach approaches.
  • Engaging prospects in consultative discussions to understand their needs and align them with our solutions.
  • Scheduling appointments and product demos with qualified leads.
  • Organizing digital and onsite sales events.
  • Maintaining accurate records of interactions and activities.
  • Achieving lead generation and qualification quotas.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Growth mindset and receptiveness to coaching.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Experience with sales tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn, Outreach, and others is a plus.
  • Fluency in English.
