This position as a Sales associate- Watch & Jewelry (W/M) is located in the heart of Paris!

The sales associate is the most important role in the sales area and the quality of the relationship with the customer.
He/She contributes to a customer experience consistent with the positioning of the Store, develops loyalty and the customer relationship while ensuring sales and productivity objectives.

Main Missions

  1. Sale
    • Advise customers in the selection and purchase of products.
    • Treat all products, regardless of value, with care and present them to the customer with the highest level of respect.
    • Complete the customer transaction in a professional manner and in a timely manner.
    • Provide the customer with the necessary information.
    • Embody the Sale Ceremony of La Samaritaine.
  2. The customer experience
    • Be the first Ambassador of the Store and provide the customer with a unique experience.
    • Maintain a neat appearance at all times.
    • Understand the customer's needs and adapt to their expectations.
    • Provide a warm, personalized and customer-oriented welcome.
    • Respond to customer requests and complaints with courtesy and politeness and refer to the service manager if necessary.
    • Guide the customer in the Store according to his needs (products and services).
  3. Team-work
    • Work as a team to achieve sales and service goals.
    • Help each other and go to the customer throughout the store to avoid waiting and promote the customer experience.
  4. Other assignments
    • Prepare stocks for inventories and help to carry them out.
    • Apply Store procedures and rules.
    • Stay up to date on product knowledge.

Profile

You wish to evolve in a multicultural environment.
Fluency in English and French are essential.
Another spoken language would be appreciated: Mandarin, Russian, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese...

Job-related Constraints

  • Work on Saturday.
  • Standing position.
  • Planning with rotating schedules.
  • Hourly amplitude from 9:30 a.m. to 8:15 p.m.
