FRAME is seeking a Sales Associate in Nice to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals. You will embody FRAME’s refined aesthetic, connect with clients through personalized styling, and contribute to a memorable in-store experience.

You’ll maintain product knowledge, support stock replenishment, and collaborate with an international team to ensure a seamless shopping environment. Strong English/French skills and weekend flexibility are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ retail or sales experience in a high-end environment.
• Previous retail experience in the South of France is a plus.
• A passion for fashion and knowledge of current trends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
• Experience with POS systems or retail software is an advantage.
• Familiarity with retail KPIs and sales performance metrics.
• Working proficiency in English and French is required.
• Additional language skills are appreciated.
• Work authorization for the EU.
