Role Description

This is a Full-Time role located at our Paris, France location. The Sales Associate (Vendeur) Associate is a vital member of our retail team, responsible for driving sales and delivering an exceptional client experience. This role requires a passionate, results-oriented individual with a proven track record in sales, strong organizational skills, and a dedication to both individual and store-wide success.

Responsibilities

• Meet and consistently exceed established individual and overall store sales goals.
• Act as a dedicated Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand's style and values.
• Proactively introduce the collection to clients, sharing product knowledge and styling expertise.
• Cultivate a welcoming, engaging, and client-centric in-store environment.
• Possess and demonstrate an action-oriented mindset, leading by example on the sales floor.

Store Operations & Inventory

• Maintain impeccable store visual standards, merchandise presentation, and overall store appearance.
• Ensure accurate Inventory compliance and awareness, including processing new shipments and transfers.
• Uphold the store’s cleanliness and all required health and safety measures.
• Adhere to all brand dress code standards, acting as a representative of the brand.

Skills & Abilities

• Solid communication skills, including the ability to provide constructive feedback and be an approachable, effective listener.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize and successfully manage multiple tasks with conflicting priorities.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and willingness to think creatively ("outside the box") for effective solutions.

Qualifications

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
