Description
Meds Nexus is looking for a Sales Associate Who is proficient in English communication skills (North American Accent is preferable) for our Pre-Sales department. It’s a salary +allowances + commission-based role.
Responsibilities
Answering inbound & outbound sales calls, emails, and text messages.
Converting a lead into a prospective client
Scheduling Meetings (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Team, etc.), and conference calls.
Preparing analysis reports, Meeting Minutes
Handle other duties as needed or assigned by the Manager.
Manage customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and ensure resolution.
Identify client needs, and respond in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner.
1 to 2 years of hands-on
Requirements
Minimum Intermediate in any domain with excellent English communication (Verbal and written) skills (preferably a North American accent)
Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, PP), RingCentral, Avaya/Cisco IP Phones
Knowledge of the US Healthcare industry, 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in customer support
Available to work during US working hours

Salary Package
– Basic: 40k-50k per month
