Sales assistant/Shisha master

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Sales Assistant/Shisha Master to join our vibrant team at Misha Shisha in Bali. As a full-time Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining our store's appearance, and sharing your expertise on shisha products with our customers.

What you'll be doing

1. Assisting customers with product selections and providing knowledgeable recommendations on shisha offerings
2. Maintaining the store's cleanliness, organisation, and visual appeal
3. Restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed
4. Handling cash and card transactions with accuracy
5. Supporting the overall operations of the store to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably within the tobacco or shisha industry (desirable)
2. Strong knowledge of shisha products, including different flavours, brands, and preparation techniques (desirable)
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and provide exceptional service
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
5. A positive, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
6. Fluency in English
