Job Description

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will actively participate in achieving the store's sales objectives. As a salesperson, you will be a true ambassador of the prestige and elegance of the JACADI brand. Your role will include:

1. Sales:

• You will be in charge of greeting and advising customers (physical and omnichannel).
• You know how to identify needs and build a special relationship with our customers, generating customer loyalty.
• You will help meet sales indicators and achieve qualitative and quantitative objectives in the store.
• You will be the engine behind our new services that provide customers with a comprehensive experience.

Merchandising:

• You will ensure deliveries are properly received and help keep the stockroom organized.
• You will implement merchandising recommendations and set up store interiors and windows to reflect brand aesthetics.
• You will ensure the store is well maintained at all times.

Profile

Ideally, you have significant experience within an upmarket brand, which has given you a sense of exclusive customer service. You are enthusiastic, curious, and able to adapt quickly to a dynamic and innovative environment. You like working within a team and have strong experience in customer relations.
