Wolford Boutique in Paris is seeking a fashion-forward Sales Assistant on a part-time contract to welcome luxury clients and deliver an unforgettable shopping experience. You will combine keen style sense with expert service to drive customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

You will build relationships, support store campaigns, and maintain a storytelling atmosphere that highlights our latest collections for an international clientele.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant retail experience.
• Strong fashion sense and ability to interpret trends.
• Understanding of retail KPIs.
• Willing to work flexibly.
• Reliable and dynamic, even in stressful situations.
• Proactive and independent attitude with a sense of responsibility.
• Fluent in English; any other language is a plus.

SALES ASSISTANT PARIS - CDD-PART TIME

As part of our team, you will accompany our customers on their journey into the world of Wolford. With charisma and a natural enthusiasm for luxury goods, you will provide expert individual advice to our customers and offer them a unique shopping experience.

YOUR TASKS:

• Offering outstanding advice and close support to our international clientele, adopting a customer centric approach.
• Engaging new customers for our customer retention program and attracting them with our latest promotion and boutique campaigns
• Arranging the store and creating an exceptional and customized customer experience through storytelling and powerful questions.

YOUR PROFILE:

• 2-4 years of relevant retail experience
