The role emphasizes in-store presentation, product knowledge, and seamless use of digital tools to enhance client experiences. Fluency in French and English is required.

• Fluency in French and English.
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail.
• Strong customer focus with presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to monitor industry trends and local market dynamics (online and offline).
• Willingness to adapt to evolving business needs and to work well in a team.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers in expressing their personality and crafting personalized Golden total looks.
• Provide product insights and recommend additional items, applying up-selling and cross-selling strategies.
• Cultivate positive relationships with clients, leveraging omnichannel tools for updates, recommendations and personalized offers.
• Contribute to store presentation and visual standards to reflect the brand image.
• Support store operations including opening/closing, inventory management, and GDPR/health & safety compliance.
• Utilize digital tools (Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore) to enhance engagement and processes.

MISSION

The Sales Assistant (Style Maker) introduces the client to the Golden world, explaining the heritage and the values of the Brand. The Sales Assistant (Style Maker) is dedicated to crafting a complete and personalized Golden total look for the clients, capturing their dreams and reflecting their personality. This role is pivotal in achieving high levels of client satisfaction through a Golden narrative, an exceptional service and by fostering enduring relationships.

• Assist customers in expressing their personality trough their ideal dream looks, playing a pivotal role in achieving the store's business objectives, customer satisfaction, and overall store success.
• Engage actively in the sales process by providing comprehensive product insights, recommending additional items, and implementing up-selling and cross-selling strategies.
• Cultivate and sustain positive customer relationships by making the clients feel relevant in the Golden Family, embracing omnichannel practices, leveraging digital tools and communication methods to ensure that customers receive updates, recommendations, and personalized offers.
• Actively contribute to the overall store presentation, maintaining appropriate visual display and store standards, and ensuring that products are displayed accordingly with the brand's image and standards.
• Assist with store operational procedures, including opening/closing, inventory management, and maintaining compliance with GDPR and health & safety standards
• Utilize IT and digital tools effectively to enhance business processes and customer engagement (Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, Stealth).

Key Requirements

• Fluency in French and English. Additional language knowledge will be considered as a plus, reflecting our commitment to a diverse and inclusive workforce
• Minimum 1-3 Years Of Relevant Experience In Luxury Retail
• Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques
• Good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to monitor, catch and understand the most relevant industry trends and good understanding of local market (online and offline)
• Flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of the business and our customers
