About the Role: Sales Associate at Claire's

As a Sales Associate at Claire's, your responsibilities will include:

1. Supporting your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail store targets by driving sales.
2. Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service.
3. Ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience.
4. Demonstrating Claire's products.
5. Assisting customers with their queries using your product knowledge.
6. Assisting with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions.
7. Performing ear piercing (full training provided).
8. Keeping the store presentable and inviting for customers.

About You

• Some high school education required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with good organizational abilities.
• Basic computer skills.
• Understanding the importance of customer service.
• Strong math skills and good reading comprehension.
• Ability to stand during scheduled shifts.
• Ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
• Capability to bend, stoop, reach, climb ladders and step stools while placing merchandise and assisting customers.
• Ability to operate the POS system.
