Job Title: Sales Associate at Claire's

As a Sales Associate at Claire's, you will be responsible for:

1. Supporting your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail store targets by driving sales
2. Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service
3. Ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience
4. Demonstrating Claire's products
5. Assisting customers with their queries using your product knowledge
6. Processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions
7. Learning and performing ear piercing (full training provided)
8. Maintaining the store's appearance to be presentable and inviting

About You:

• Some high school education required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills
• Understanding of customer service importance
• Strong reading comprehension and mathematical skills
• Ability to stand during shifts
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
• Physical ability to bend, stoop, reach, climb ladders, and assist customers
• Ability to operate the POS system
