Responsibilities

• Own the Sales Game: Crush sales goals by delivering exceptional customer experiences, upselling accessories, and promoting ongoing promotions to increase revenue.
• Piercing Excellence: Undergo comprehensive training to become a trusted piercings expert. Conduct piercings, educate on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address customer questions and concerns throughout the process.
• Keep It Fresh: Maintain an attractive store environment with well-organized displays, inventory, and layout that makes shopping enjoyable.
• Team Collaboration: Support your Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and fostering a positive, energetic atmosphere appreciated by customers and coworkers alike.
• Brand Representation: Promote Claire's products and services. Stay updated on fashion and social media trends to assist customers in finding their style. Use your knowledge to recommend products and increase sales.
• Store Operations: Assist with daily store functions, including processing deliveries, visual merchandising, and supporting promotional activities to showcase Claire's offerings.
• Create Shareable Moments: Encourage customers to share their new accessories and piercings on social media, turning their experience into a viral moment.

• Sales-Driven: You enjoy making sales, achieving targets, and converting browsers into buyers.
• Social & Digital Savvy: You are familiar with trending topics and viral content, and can integrate this knowledge into customer interactions.

Job Requirements

• Experience in conducting piercings with patience and empathy, especially with young or anxious customers.
• Proficiency in operating POS systems.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/maneuver weights between 11-35kg (25-75lbs).
• Capability to bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders or step stools as needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good math skills and reading comprehension.
• Interest in fashion and current trends.
• Ability to create fashionable looks with products during shifts.
