Pyou UK – An International Recruitment Agency, is seeking a Sales Advisor on behalf of our client, a Premium / Luxury Italian ready-to-wear fashion house for women.

Key Activities and Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers and welcoming them into the store;
• Providing excellent customer service to all customers;
• Generating sales, operating the till, and promoting the brand's products;
• Reporting to the Store Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of the boutique;
• Visual merchandising and maintaining brand standards;
• Assisting with stock management.

The ideal candidate:

The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, self-motivated, and possesses strong communication and team management skills. They should thrive in a fast-paced environment, be fashion-curious, and capable of multitasking. Previous experience as a strong seller in a premium retail environment is preferred.

Key Skills Required:

• 1-2 years of retail experience in a premium environment;
• Experience working with fashion brands and a personal interest in fashion;
• Excellent teamwork skills;
• Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and follow-up skills;
• Ability to prioritize workload;
• Additional language skills such as French, English, or Italian are a plus.
