Are you ready for a new challenge in sales and engineering? Do you have experience managing complex projects and customer relationships? Are you interested in sealing technology, such as O-rings and molded parts? Can you drive growth through innovation and customer satisfaction? If you answered yes, we'd love to hear from you!

For this role we are open to hire candidates who are either based near Paris area or Lyon .

YOUR MISSION :

  • Play a key role in the company's growth by ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying new opportunities.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Manage the sales process from proposal to contract negotiation, ensuring profitability and optimal gross margins for Angst+Pfister.
  • Use your knowledge of customer environments and needs to identify business opportunities.
  • Lead customer relationship management, ensuring prompt and efficient handling of customer complaints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product application engineers, to ensure success and meet customer expectations.
  • Participate in external sales activities by regularly visiting clients and prospects and expanding the customer base.

YOUR PROFILE :

  • You hold a Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent, with basic commercial training.
  • You are familiar with or interested in working with O-rings, molded parts, rotary shaft seals, and other sealing technologies.
  • You know how to build strong networks with purchasing and design departments and understand customer decision-making processes.
  • You can read and interpret technical drawings to support project discussions and sales efforts.
  • You are a problem-solver who embraces complex challenges and is always seeking new business development opportunities.
  • You have a "hunter" mindset-always looking for growth and market expansion.
  • You are fluent in French and English, and Spanish would be appreciated for working with international clients.
  • You are based in France - ideally near Paris (close to our main headquarters) or Lyon.
  • This role requires travel and the flexibility to meet customer expectations.
