Essentiel Antwerp is seeking a part-time Sales Advisor for our Paris store. You will become an ambassador of the Essentiel Antwerp brand, delivering a personalized shopping experience while guiding customers through brand discovery and connecting online and offline journeys.

You will balance sales goals with a strong knowledge of fashion trends, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to an inclusive, energetic store culture. Expect team dinners, trainings, and a vibrant workplace.

• Create an exceptional, personalized in-store experience for customers.
• Guide customers in discovering the brand and deepen connection with Essentiel Antwerp.
• Maintain an omni-channel mindset across online and offline touchpoints.
• Achieve sales, conversion and clienteling targets.
• Own the customer journey: anticipate needs and provide product knowledge.
• Contribute to daily store operations including inventory, logistics, visual merchandising, and stockroom.

For our store in Paris, we’re looking for a part-time Sales Advisor.

You become an ambassador of Essentiel Antwerp and you carry the brand forward in France.

• Creating an exceptional, personalized experience for our customers in store.
• Guiding them in the discovery of the brand and work on deepening the connection with the brand.
• Having an omni-channel mindset; a holistic understanding of the customer journey both online and offline.
• Achieving sales, conversion and clienteling targets.
• Taking ownership in every step of the customer journey: anticipate and exceed your customer’s needs, demonstrate expert knowledge in product, styling and after-care.
• Contribute to the daily operations of the store (inventory, logistics, visual merchandising, stockroom organization).
