Vivienne Westwood Sarl is looking for a Sales Advisor to join the Retail Team for the future opening at La Vallèe Outlet (Paris) store on a full-time basis. Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships, while developing product knowledge across all categories and striving to achieve personal and store sales targets.

As a brand ambassador, you will follow company policies and contribute to a premium shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably within fashion, luxury or premium retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fashion and the Vivienne Westwood brand.
• Sales-driven with the ability to meet targets.
• Flexible and reliable team player.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service and a luxury shopping experience.
• Build relationships with customers and expand product knowledge.
• Hit individual and store sales targets.
• Process sales transactions accurately through the POS.
• Assist with stock deliveries, replenishment and transfers.
• Support visual merchandising and keep the floor well-presented.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with regular stock checks.
• Act as a Vivienne Westwood brand ambassador.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Vivienne Westwood Sarl is looking for a Sales Advisor to join the Retail Team for the future opening at La Vallèe Outlet (Paris) store on a full-time basis.

KEY REPSONSIBILITIES

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a luxury shopping experience.
• Build strong relationships with customers and develop product knowledge across all categories.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Process sales transactions accurately through the POS system.
• Assist with stock deliveries, replenishment and transfers.
• Support visual merchandising standards and maintain a well-presented sales floor.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally, escalating where appropriate.
• Support inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and annual stock takes.
• Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
• Always Act as a brand ambassador for Vivienne Westwood.
• Follow company policies, procedures and loss prevention guidelines.

PROFILE & KEY SKILLS

• Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably within fashion, luxury or premium retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fashion and the Vivienne Westwood brand.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales-driven with the ability to meet targets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer literacy and experience using POS systems.
• Flexible and reliable team player.
• Driving license is required.
