For the opening of our Flagship store, we are looking for Client Advisors.

Role Overview :

As a Client Advisor, you will be the face of Casablanca Paris, demonstrating passion for the brand, embodying our ethos and values in every customer interaction. You will be responsible for creating a memorable luxury shopping experience that reflects the uniqueness and love of Casablanca Paris, ensuring excellence on the shop floor, and maintaining meticulous stock and CRM management.

The Role :

  • Deliver a memorable and unique luxury experience to each customer, ensuring their visit is unforgettable.
  • Exhibit a strong commercial acumen with a taste for challenges; take initiatives to consistently exceed individual and store sales goals.
  • Personalise every client journey with expert luxury styling advice, ensuring their visit is as unique as it is memorable.
  • Cultivate a positive, team-oriented environment where collaboration fuels success and excellence
  • Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and procedures while ensuring flawless store operations by organising inventory, replenishing products, and maintaining impeccable visual merchandising standards.
  • Build and maintain meaningful connections with clients by utilising CRM tools, offering personalised appointments, and providing exceptional aftercare.
  • Expand the client base by attracting new luxury clients, growing both individual and store client books with a strategic, results-driven approach.
  • Foster loyalty and maximize client engagement by maintaining regular contact, addressing their needs promptly, and providing tailored follow-up to ensure continued satisfaction and increased spending.

The candidate :

  • Proven experience in luxury retail sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • A passion for fashion and luxury, with a deep understanding of industry trends and customer preferences.
  • Proficiency in French and English preferred, fluent in multiple languages.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • A track record of exceeding sales targets and driving results in luxury retail.
  • Experienced in clienteling, with the ability to build and maintain meaningful client relationships.
  • A genuine interest in fashion, art, and culture, coupled with deep luxury fashion industry knowledge and awareness of competitor products.
  • Fluent in multiple languages; proficiency in French and English preferred.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and energised by working as part of a close-knit team.
  • Confident, detail-oriented, and impeccably presented, with exceptional communication skills at all levels.
  • Results-driven with a passion for selling, creativity, and a keen eye for detail.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
