Located in our company in Champlan (91), our new team member will be responsible for managing customer orders and purchasing, from delivery to invoicing.

The main responsibilities include:

1. Saisie des commandes clients et achat fournisseurs
2. Suivi des livraisons clients
3. Facturation clients
4. Validation et enregistrement des facturations fournisseurs
5. Établissement de devis pièces détachées
6. Création de comptes clients

Required skills:

• Be reactive and rigorous in processing orders and following them through to delivery.
• Adaptability, organizational skills, prioritization, and anticipation for this versatile role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of service.
• Mastery of ERP / SAP, specifically the sales and purchase order management modules, and stock consultation.
• Proficiency in Excel and the Office suite, with the ability to work independently.
