As a Sales Account Manager for Mirakl Ads, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our retail media business. You will be responsible for both acquiring and engaging advertisers, supporting them in leveraging Mirakl Ads solution to achieve their growth objectives. Through a mix of business development, strategic advisory, and data-driven insights, you will help advertisers maximize their return on investment while driving the success of our partners' retail media program.

1. Key Responsibilities

  • Defining growth strategy with Mirakl Ads partners (targets, propositions, action plans) aiming to maximize both the volume of active players and the value invested in advertising solutions.
  • Leading business development operations through appropriate offers and acquisition channels (1to1, 1tomany).
  • Negotiating and convincing advertisers to rapidly start on the platform.
  • Supporting and training them to create advertising campaigns and to optimize them through available product features and data-based recommendations.
  • Monitoring both operator ads income evolution and performance of key advertisers.
  • Constantly animating the ads ecosystem with offers, recommendations analysis aiming to secure understanding of ads value proposition and business dynamics.
  • Being the voice of the advertisers, understanding new business needs in order to develop new features or advertising products.

2. Key Requirements

  • Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management in online advertising, retail media, or digital marketing is mandatory.
  • Fluency in French and English is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations. Proficient in using Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

The ideal candidate for this role will be based in Paris and willing to adhere to our hybrid work policy. This includes working from the office three days per week and two days remotely, with the exception of Tuesdays, which are designated as team days in the office.
