As part of the Sales team, you will engage with leading enterprise customers, prospects, and partners. You will foster long-term, sustainable, and mutually rewarding relationships. As a Sales Account Manager, you will:
- Align with the company's strategic objectives, handle, and grow revenue and market share at designated enterprise accounts to enhance customer success at all levels.
- Develop and execute business plans addressing customer and prospect priorities and needs.
- Gather and convey intelligence about customer technology footprints, growth plans, strategies, and market trends. Introduce domain experts while maintaining account oversight.
- Own account relationships and drive customer success.
- Build consensus and relationships at multiple levels, including executives and decision-makers.
- Lead large-scale transactions to close significant deals.
- Build pipeline, forecast business, lead internal teams, and communicate updates and competitive intelligence.
- Exceed quarterly and annual goals for software subscriptions, renewals, professional services, and training.
We’re excited about you if you have:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience exceeding enterprise software sales targets.
- Experience in fast-moving startups and industry-specific use cases.
- Knowledge of data management or data warehousing.
- Experience with containers, Kubernetes, and public cloud infrastructure.
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
