The Role:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling our HR technology solution to CHROs, Heads of Organizational Development, and Talent Acquisition leaders. You will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify leads within target organizations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to key decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in HR tech or talent management.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the HR landscape and talent acquisition processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience selling to C-level executives.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience selling psychometric assessments or related HR tools.
  • Existing network of contacts within the HR community.
