Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking team members for its Lille stores to ensure a signature guest experience. You will greet guests, handle cash operations, and maintain a visually engaging store environment in line with LEGO Brand Retail standards.

You will also assist in stockroom duties, support receiving merchandise, and engage customers with promotions and loyalty programs while prioritizing safety and exceptional service.

• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations
• Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to manager
• Use of promotional materials, loyalty programs
• Typically, responsible for store operational tasks in duty
