Job summary

The LEGO Group in Lille, France is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to greet guests, operate the cash register, and maintain a welcoming store environment. You will learn LEGO Brand Retail visual standards and support stockroom duties while upholding safety and quality.

The role involves engaging customers, using promotional materials and loyalty programs, and contributing to a collaborative, creative store team in a hybrid workplace arrangement where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest, perform all cash register functions, and maintain a professional, friendly service.
• Provide a clean, safe, visually stimulating environment and uphold LEGO visual standards.
• Safely operate stockroom and assist receiving, maintain stockroom to standards, notify management of shortages.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate to management when needed.
• Engage customers and promote promotional materials and loyalty programs.
• Carry out store operational tasks as required during shifts.

Core Responsibilities:

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO® stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times
• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations
• Resolve customer issues and reportchallenging situations to manager
• Customer engagement
• Use of promotional materials, loyalty programs
• Typically, responsible for store operational tasks in duty
