Description

Within the team of «Development & Purchasing», you will take part on the coordination of the fabrics for some of our collections. You will also collaborate closely with R&D, Design, Production teams to ensure that our fabric needs are met efficiently and effectively.

MISSIONS

Collaborate with design teamsto understand fabric needs for upcoming collections.

Coordinate with internal teamsto manage fabric treatments like washing and dyeing, ensuring alignment with design and performance goals.

Oversee sampling and prototypingto ensure accurate representation of final products.

Maintain strong communicationbetween Fabric Development, Fabric Buying, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality control.

Organize and track fabric testingwith the Quality team to ensure compliance with standards.

Manage dyeing processes, prepare production files, and monitor progress.

Track and document fabric-specific details(e.g., fragilities, modifications, in-house treatments) and share insights with relevant teams.

Lead material industrialization, including pilot launches and preparation of approval files for the Studio.

Monitor fabric inventory and usage, coordinating with production and purchasing to optimize stock levels.

Maintain up-to-date recordson fabric specs, sourcing, pricing, and availability, and act as the main contact for color and material-related queries.

PROFILE

Background in textile or fashion production, with 3–5 years of experience in fabric development or sourcing.

Strongtechnical knowledge of fabrics, dyeing, washing, and testing processes.

Skilled inproject coordination, from sampling to industrialization and supplier follow-up.

Proficient indata tracking and documentation(e.g., fabric specs, inventory, pricing).

Excellentcommunication and teamwork skillsacross design, production, and quality teams.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to managemultiple prioritiesin a fast-paced environment.
