CMA CGM Group in Marseille offers a Safety Prevention Internship within the QSSE Terminals & Inland division. You will support the Safety Risk Prevention Officer to improve safety processes and culture across our assets, contributing to the next Safety Campaign and assisting with audits under CSRD and Ecovadis initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bac+5 level in HSE engineering, risk prevention or equivalent.
• Knowledge of risk analysis principles and the hierarchy of prevention measures.

• Familiarity with ESG/CSRD reporting and safety culture management.
• Data analysis skills (pivot tables, charts, indicators).
• Ability to formalize a technical requirement and document processes.

YOUR ROLE

As part of your studies, you are currently looking for an internship to complete your degree (Bac+5 / engineering or business school).

You will join the QSSE Terminals & Inland division, an independent QSSE support department that helps the Group's land-based assets improve their quality, health, safety and environment practices an environment that is both operational and technical.

You will support the Safety Risk Prevention Officer in improving our safety processes and safety culture across the entire scope. Your main missions will be to contribute to the development of the next "Safety Campaign" our safety prevention campaign built around our 6 critical risks and our "Rules for Life" as well as to support the Safety Risk Prevention Officer during the annual external audits related to CSRD and Ecovadis initiatives.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Take ownership of the Safety Campaign for the Terminals and Inland Assets scope by:

• Supporting the Safety Risk Prevention Officer in selecting the best safety practices to highlight in this new campaign.
• Collaborating with the other QSSE department divisions on the campaign's overall architecture.

Supporting the Safety Risk Prevention Officer in his/her various missions:

• Analyzing accident data and associated risk levels.
• Contributing to Group safety reporting in line with new European directives.
• Contributing more broadly to the international Safety culture development strategy.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Education: Bac+5 level, HSE engineering degree, risk prevention or equivalent.

Technical skills: Risk analysis principles and the hierarchy of prevention measures; ability to summarize and communicate clearly; interest in communication and awareness-campaign design; familiarity with ESG/CSRD reporting and safety culture management; data analysis skills (pivot tables, charts, indicators); ability to clearly formalize a technical requirement and document processes.

Languages: Fluent English and French required.
