Description du poste

Delivrone is a French start-up looking to revolutionize the last miles delivery industry using drones. Our mission is to operate drone delivery solutions that are safe, reliable and eco-friendly. We are focused on medical deliveries.

Founded in 2021, we are already operating BVLOS flights on a daily basis in several areas. We’re now continuing the process to obtain larger authorization from the French and European authorities.

In this context, Delivrone is looking for a Safety & Compliance Manager.

As the prime contact with the authorities (mainly DSAC / DGAC and EASA), you will be in charge of creating and managing procedures and required documents for flight permits (SORA / CONOPS / U-Space and related documents) to enable operations at scale.

You will maintain our safety policy, safety management process, and safety monitoring system, document all safety aspects, and organize training sessions to make personnel aware of their responsibilities.

You will have the authority to ensure that all activities within the organization are performed in accordance with applicable standards and that the organization is continuously compliant with the requirements and procedures (through audits).

Delivrone is also ISO 9001:2015 certified, and you will be in charge of maintaining this certification as the quality manager.

Requirements

  • Ability to have a global view along with strong execution capabilities;
  • Fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to write in a concise, organized, and coherent manner;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in compliance monitoring in the aeronautics sector;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in writing safety procedures and certification documents in the aeronautics sector;
  • Willingness to take on challenges, show resiliency, and continuously learn new skills;
  • Excellent organizational skills and autonomy, ability to make decisions, and results-oriented;
